The free station itself is a old derelict space station that’s been slowly inhabited: “It’s a port of call – home away from home for diplomats, hustlers, entrepreneurs, and wanderers.” Region includes teleport gates to other worlds and other Sci-Fi-themed destinations, as well as a collection of role playing freebies — clothing, hair, avatars, and accessories.

It’s a huge build that takes a long time to explore. There are shopping areas, an exhibit space outlining the history and setting, and, according to the region’s Wiki, hotels, casinos, bars, and “red light” areas. The main language is English, with Finnish spoken as well.
